Training will cover footwork, stick skills, positioning, approaches, and much more
All ages are welcome as well as Midfielders, not just Long Poles!
Ages will be separated into appropriate groups and numbers will be kept low to maximize reps during each drill. The goal is to teach and learn proper defensive work at game like speed!
